Our transcription specialists have years of medical terminology experience. We will turn around your typing within 24 hours of receiving it and we can also offer some extra steps to help your busy medical secretary.

There are a number of options available:

* Word document typing- We simply type what you say into a word document or template of your choice

* Typing directly into your Practice Management System

* Once letters approved electronically we can also send these out via secure email

You can send voice files to us via email or upload via our website or via an external site. Don't worry, it's easy and we can get you set-up within a couple of minutes. We're safe and secure when it comes to patient confidentiality. 

Transcription is charged per minute of Consultant dictation and we do not round it up.
